Katrin Pfitzenreiter understands what it is like to be a home seller and home buyer. She has a passion for real estate and has sold and bought properties in several different states and locations. Her primary mission is to listen to her client's needs and get them the best deal possible.

Katrin has lived in many places including Brazil and Germany. Having to interact with people from different backgrounds has made her well-versed with different personalities and an effective communicator. She speaks English, Portuguese and German fluently.

Before moving to Sarasota Florida 9 years ago, Katrin lived in NYC where she started a marketing career. She has a BA and MBA in Marketing and has worked for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. Her extensive marketing knowledge is a great benefit to the home seller.

Katrin's business knowledge has provided her with valuable skills in real estate marketing, advising home sellers/buyers, and negotiations.

In her time off, Katrin is an avid cyclist, traveler, videographer and she loves her Peloton.
